Welcome to car pricebd.com. Today we carpricebd.com team want to share with our readers about the motor car engine cylinder. We all know that cylinder is very import parts of an engine. Engine size, capacity, engine type depends on its cylinder type. So If you do not store the knowledge about the various parts of the engine, its operation mechanism cannot be understood properly. So, before that, different parts of the engine and its functions are being explained.
Cylinder:
The hypodermic syringes that the doctors give injections are similar to the syringes and pistons in the shape of the motor's cylinder and piston. The cylinder is shaped like a large round jug made of metal. The head of the modern cylinder is enclosed with nut-bolts and packing.
That Cylinder Body Generally moldable iron is made of welding. On top of these two paths or ports are placed - one enters the gas of the engine through the port and on the other, the emitted gas comes out.
Those two ports are controlled by valves.
L type cylinders, ports, and valves are with the cylinder. The cylinder does not have one. A car has four, sometimes six or eight, and cylinders.
The cylinders in modern cars are made of welding. As a result, the balance of all cylinders is correct.
All these combined cylinders are called blocks. Usually, four cylinders, six cylinders, or eight cylinders are made of blocks.
Different types of cylinders and their blocks are made in different processes.
Cylinder Block:
The cylinder is made as a block, just as it is with the cylinder. The piston and its contacts are also formed together, properly controlled. This is because, at the same time, there are several cylinders, keeping their contact mechanism in place, and the piston running.
All cylinders that are connected on the block, their pistons, and connecting rods are all connected with a single crankshaft. As the connections are fine, the cylinders are large but they do not need to be shaped. When the number of cylinders in the cylinder block is high, the weight of the flywheel also decreases in proportion. The cylinder block is designed such that in the four-cylinder block, two cylinders will be present when the compression occurs. In the block of six, the compression of the other three will be aggression of the other three while in the block of eight the compression of four will be the rest of the four.
Pistons enter the cylinder. 2,1 - Piston coming out of the cylinder.
This is how cyclic compression and aggregation work.
There are two types of cylinder blocks.
Monoblock type
In the monoblock system, the cylinders are placed side by side and the block is crossed. So many cylinders are made to block as well. Each cylinder has a water cooling system. It is used today in all modern cars.
3. Entrance and Emission.
The benefits are:
Parallel or single block type:
It is not usually found in automobiles - most are used in airplanes or tanks. It has an air cooling system.
Cylinder Valve
Here's one thing - it's about the cylinder valve. The cylinders have two ports on top and they have two valves, as described earlier.
The function of the two valves in each cylinder is to insert and emit gas. When there are multiple cylinders in the cylinder block, then their valves will be higher.
There are 5 valves in the 1-cylinder block.
4 Cylinder block 8 Nos Valve
6 Cylinder block 12 Nos Valve
8 Cylinder block 16 Nos Valve
There is no complication in the placement of the valves - because when compression and ejaculation are performed in the alternative, the valves will work just as well.
Again, the gas of all valves is mixed, making way for the exit. The overhead-valve is called the valve that is on this combined path. That is being said later.
V-type Engine In the case of big engines, 12 or 5 cylinders are used together. In these cases, making 3 or 4 units, they are placed on the angle crankshaft, similar to the English V letter. So this type of engine is called a V-type engine. Of course, all other systems of these engines are the same as those of ordinary engines.
Cylinder Metal Most of the cylinders that are cooled by air are made of hard cast iron. Cylinders of some varieties are made by a special kind of aluminum alloy. The cylinders that need to be lightly made are made of aluminum alloy. Cylinders used in airplanes are made of this metal. If the alloy is good, then it is strong and firm enough.
Cylinder liner: Typically cast iron or aluminum cylinders are made. After welding the inside of the cylinder is well cleaned, welded to a separate metal alloy, and fitted as a liner in the cylinder. The name of the alloy is "Chromidium Send". Nowadays most cylinders have good liners. As it reinforces the cylinder on one side, the piston on the other hand can travel smoothly. Liner is more effective when given lubricating oil. The new liner is to be used when the liner is damaged - it does not require replacing the cylinder or piston. This causes the cylinder block to last longer.
Aluminum cylinder: When making a cylinder with aluminum alloy, the cost is higher, but it has higher heat - propagation capacity - thus giving the engine more compression. The cylinder head that can be opened is called the Detachable Head Cylinder. Inside it is well carved and the liner is easily fitted. Repairing the cylinder is easy. Without opening the cylinder block, only the heads can be cleaned by opening.
