Short Description of Ac pump, Coil, Distributor, and Lubrication
Welcome to carpricebd.com. We all know that carpricebd.com always try to share important knowledge and information for motor car driver/ lover who wants to update his knowledge. Today we want to discuss Ac pump, Coil, Distributor, Lubrication, and some other important issue very much helpful for every driver/ car lover.
Ac pump: We all know that on the side of the engine where the camshaft is, the AC pump is on that side. When the engine is started, the AC pump is opened with the help of a cash shaft. It is turned on and transported by petrol from the petrol tank to the float chamber of the carburetor.
There are seven parts inside the AC pump. There are the
1) Diaphragm
2) Rocker arm
3) Inlet valve
4) Outlet valve
5) Spring
6) Filter net
7) Bowl or Cap.
We Also know when the camshaft rotates, the rocker arm opens with its diaphragm on the bottom. When the diaphragm descends, the inlet valve pulls too much gas. The petrol filter is cleaned inside the note and the bowl or cap is deposited. Once the decorum rises, the inlet valve closes and the outlet valve opens and the clean petrol of that path goes into the float chamber of the carburetor.
Coil: The coil's job is to distribute the 'low volt' current of the battery to a 'high volt' current and send it to the distributor. It consists of two types. The shorter ones are called "secondary winding" and the thicker wire is called the primary winding. With the help of a higher voltage current, the plug fires on petrol mixtures.
Distributor: According to the engine firing order, 'high volt' sends the current to each plug at the right time. The distributor consists of six parts. There are:
1) Rotor
2) Condenser
3) C, B point
4) Segment,
5) Carbon and
6) Distributor Shaft.
The main function of the condenser is to hold the 'current' to protect the C, B, rod from being burned, and the job of the rotor is to send exactly one Siegelman to the high voltage current.
Lubrication: To keep the rolling parts running properly inside the engine, those parts must always be soaked in oil. The oil-soaked or lubricating oil is called lubricating in English. Due to the lubrication, the engine is very good and its performance and durability are multiplied. The lubricating of the engine is usually divided into two parts. There are the Oil Pump and the Flask System.
Oil Pump: The oil pump is located in the oil chamber underneath the engine. The shaft of the oil pump attaches to the pin shaft of the engine camshaft. When the engine is turned on, the oil shaft is turned on with the camshaft. Then pull the Mobil from the oil chamber and send it to the valve, rocker, shaft, pushrod, camshaft bearings, main bearings, Big A, dr bearings, and cylinders with pressure through the pipe to prevent the engine from frictional heating and damage.
Flush system: The Flush system is on many engines; the flask is sent to the piston with the help of a flask. This method not only lubricates the engine parts but also helps keep the engine cool. Always use high-quality clean Mobil, otherwise, the engine may be damaged.
